The fuel surcharge allows transportation rates to be adjusted in response to fluctuations in international fuel costs.
The fuel surcharge applies to eligible import and export services and is calculated as a percentage of the applicable transportation charge.

The percentage is reviewed periodically based on changes in the international price of kerosene-type jet fuel and transportation market conditions.
As a reference, we use the price evolution of aviation fuel in the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) published by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA).
The applicable percentage and the criteria used to determine it may change without prior notice.
